Exchange policy (manufacturing defects)
- Exchange requests are accepted within 7 days for manufacturing defects.
- Share clear photos/videos so our team can verify the issue quickly.
- Once approved, we’ll guide you through the exchange process.

Custom stitching policy
Custom stitched orders are made-to-measure and are not eligible for exchange.
If you need sizing help before ordering, our concierge can guide you so your fit is perfect the first time.
